Parent Forum
What is the Parent Forum?
The Parent Forum is a partnership between parents and the school, providing a valuable opportunity to share ideas, express views, raise concerns and suggest improvements. It is a supportive space where parents and staff work together to strengthen our school community.
Aims of the Parent Forum
The Parent Forum aims to:
- Work collaboratively to enhance the education and experience we provide for all children
- Share information, knowledge and skills that benefit the school community
- Meet in a positive and supportive environment, where real change can be discussed and actioned
- Strengthen communication between parents/carers, staff and governors
Who Can Join the Parent Forum?
Any parent or carer of a child currently attending St Michael’s Catholic Primary School and Nursery is warmly invited to attend Parent Forum meetings.
The Forum is chaired by Mrs Nicola Collins, and other staff or members of the school community may also attend when relevant to the agenda or to share new initiatives with parents.
Why Join the Parent Forum?
Being part of the Parent Forum gives you the chance to:
- Meet regularly with other parents
- Share your views on what the school is doing well
- Suggest ideas for further improvement
- Contribute to positive changes that support all children
